RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the handmade nature of our products, and for hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you experience an issue with your order, please contact us immediately and we will kindly do our best to resolve it. We must be notified within 5 days after receiving your order of any discrepancies or damages. We pride ourselves in the quality of our work and want to ensure our customers have a happy and positive experience.

PRODUCT REFUNDS

We are unable to resell any item that has been out of our supervision.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Please note no refunds will be given due to personal dislike of scent, texture, or design. Scent strength may vary with each soap product.  Our usage rates are based on IFRA proper usage rates. While we do our best to accurately describe the scents based on the fragrance and essential oil descriptions provided by the manufacturers, sense of smell can vary from person to person and different scents may be perceived differently per person. For example, what may smell like a floral scent to me may smell fruity to you. In some cases, soaps may pick up scents from other soaps. JazzyBird Soaps may at times issue refunds on a case-by-case basis. Should any refunds or store credits be issued at any time, under any circumstances, shipping cost are not included.

ITEMS OUT OF STOCK

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and ship the rest of the order.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We will gladly cancel orders prior to shipping. Once the order is shipped, all sales are final.
