SHIPPING POLICIES

By using and purchasing through this site, you automatically acknowledge and agree to our terms and policies. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time.

PROCESSING TIMES

We are a micro business so kindly please allow 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends, vacation time and holidays) for processing orders (this does not include postal transit time).

However, if for any reason your purchase is time sensitive (perhaps you are purchasing as a last-minute gift etc.), do not hesitate to send us a message before checkout and we will do our best to accommodate you.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct prior to completing the checkout. If you discover your shipping/delivery address is incorrect and the order was shipped via USPS, you may have to visit USPS online to request a package intercept if eligible.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been shipped.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

We currently use 2-5 day shipping through USPS. Depending on the size of the order, you may see your order ship via First Class mail or Priority mail. Once the order has shipped, the customer will receive tracking information and is responsible for tracking their shipment. A Touch of Excellence LLC DBA JazzyBird Soaps is not responsible for package theft of incorrect delivery. When placing your order, please ensure the correct mailing address is listed.

If you place multiple orders, we can consolidate into one order and will refund any shipping overages, however, please note this can only be done prior to the orders being shipped.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

Please note if the tracking shows your package was delivered and you claim you did not receive your package, JazzyBird Soaps cannot file a claim with USPS. As a result, we will not be able to refund or replace your purchase. If for any reason you believe your package is missing, please contact www.USPS.com/your local USPS office as they are the best equipped to locate the package.  If you have any concerns whatsoever, please contact us.

Please understand that we are a micro business and cannot be responsible for packages that are shown delivered, but go missing. The above information is not to just remove ourselves from liability, but is the result of the fact that we also have no recourse to resolve the situation financially. Production at our level is very costly and the time and effort we put into the business is also very valuable. We will do anything in our power to resolve any and all situations and work on your behalf with USPS to resolve any situations that may arise. 

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If your items arrive damaged, please capture photo documentation/proof of the damage and contact JazzyBird Soaps immediately. We will file a claim on your behalf but will need proof and documentation from the customer to file the claim.
